St. Louis Sports Center has the best basketball action in town! The six hardwood floors provide a great basketball environment for all levels of basketball. Teams and players come from all over the Midwest to play in our tournaments, showcases, camps and leagues. The local teams enjoy the easy access to the facility located in Affton, a St. Louis, Missouri suburb.
St. Louis Sports Center is home to six full-sized hardwood basketball floors. There are five NBA/NCAA courts (94’ x 50’) and one regulation high school-sized court (84’ x 50’). These hardwood courts are the heart of the St. Louis Sports Center and provide a premiere facility for basketball tournaments, showcases, leagues and training. The facility also boasts state of the art lighting and upgraded heating and cooling systems.
St. Louis Hawks Court
Center stage at the St. Louis Sports Center is the St. Louis Hawks Court. This court was used in the 1958 NBA Championship and was home to the St. Louis Hawks at Kiel Arena. Come see and play on this main attraction.
The St. Louis Hawks Greats have their uniform numbers on the court.
Conference USA Court
As the travel floor for former NCAA Conference USA this
floor saw many games between St. Louis University, Houston, Tulsa, Tulane, Memphis, UAB and all the teams of the C-USA.
AALCO / Sports Center Court
This court is the former practice
floor for Seattle Supersonics. Come play on the same floor as Kevin Durant, Shawn Kemp, Nate Williams, Spencer Haywood, Gary Payton, Detlef Schrempf and Ray Allen.
Army/West Point Court
Used for 20 years at West Point this floor was home to players Bobby Knight and Mike Krzyzewski before
they went on to greatness in the coaching ranks.
Centenary Court
From Centenary College in Louisiana – Former Boston Celtic Great and one of the 50 Greatest Players in NBA History,
Robert Parish played his college years on this floor.
Volleyball Courts
The Sports Center hardwood floors accommodate eight volleyball courts that can host large scale volleyball tournaments down to individual practices. The top-of-the-line Spikeline volleyball equipment brings together the best environment for training and competition. The overhead lighting in the court area is bright and brings high visibility. Whether team practices or regional tournaments, the best volleyball action can be found on the Sports Center courts.
